The new release of the proven industry solution for dairy factories “SAP Dairy Management by msg for SAP S/4HANA” convinces with new functionalities in the familiar areas:

• Raw Material Planning
• Yield, Gain and Loss
• Labor and Activity Efficiency
• Activity-Based Costing

These modules will be enhanced with a number of useful functionalities in July 2020.  The new applications in the “Affinage” area now also map aging-specific business processes.

Highlights of the “Affinage” Module

• Calculation and posting of target losses for aging materials according to their individual master data
• Mapping the increase in value by restoring the previous valuation price after inventory posting
• Tailored reporting functionalities to monitor aging materials during aging

• Planning forecast based on historic component data
• Additional analysis options in existing reports
• Automatic stock correction for raw materials and their components
• Automatic consideration of all secondary component requirements that result from period-oriented finished products planning
• Re-evaluation of the actual performance by using data for actual production quantities and actual overheads
