At the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (German Federal Employment Agency), certificates of study used to be manually checked to validate entitlement to child benefit payments. These checks should be automated as far as possible.
Solution
msg implemented a multi-stage AI process: This first checks whether the document submitted is a certificate of study. In the next step, a check is done as to whether it is a full- or part-time study certificate and whether the validity period of the document matches the application for child benefit.
Benefit
The repetitive work of matching submitted documents has been automated, allowing employees to perform higher-value tasks.
